Every product comes with included instructions as a text file upon downloading. There are also download instructions included in product listings

Products will immediately begin downloading upon purchase. Additionally, a link will be sent to the email address you provided when checking out. You may also download the product from the emailed link.

If you’re working from a new device, the download link will still be available in the original email you received upon purchasing. If it is no longer working, please reach out to support@reenostudios.com and explain that you’re on a new device, and provide your original
order number. A new link will be sent to you.

Every product sold by Palette is digital, there is no physical element to any of them, and
therefore nothing will be shipped at any point.

There are no returns available for Palette products, due to their digital nature. Once downloaded, they can’t be returned.
